Job Description
Join us as a Guest Experience Supervisor at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa and create everlasting experiences for our guests. The role entails leading other associates by coaching, giving direction, and training, while overseeing areas in the Rooms Division. You will work with a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for entire shift and walk long distances
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry moderate amount of weight
  • Minimum of one-year previous Front Office experience
  • Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge, including Opera & Reserve
