Job Description
As a Guest Experience Supervisor at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa, you will assist in overseeing areas in the Rooms Division, including front office staff, guest services, and housekeeping. You will also train, develop, and schedule staff, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one-year previous Front Office experience
  • Experience and thorough understanding of Front Office operations
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge, including Opera & Reserve
