Job Description
Join us as a Guest Experience Supervisor at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa and support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. Lead other associates by coaching, giving direction, and training, and assist in overseeing any area in the Rooms Division.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for entire shift and walk long distances
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and carry moderate amount of weight
  • Minimum of one-year previous Front Office experience
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of Opera & Reserve
