Job Description
Join the Dash In Team as a Front of House Guest Experience Supervisor and help lead our team in creating remarkable experiences for our guests. As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to build and train a high-performing team of retail associates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role in a customer service or retail environment
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
  • Comfortable using technology, including POS software
  • Strong focus on providing exceptional guest experiences with excellent people skills
  • Active ServSafe Certification (a plus)
