Role OverviewAs the friendly face of our swim school, you will be guiding parents through lesson enrollments, supporting swim instructors, and helping kids feel excited every time they walk in. You will work with a fun, energetic team to create a warm, welcoming environment for young swimmers and their grown-ups.
What You Will Do
Greeting customers with a smile and helping them feel at home, managing student enrollments, processing payments, and keeping things organized, answering questions and supporting parents with lesson schedules and registrations.
