VI Resorts by Westgate is seeking a Guest Greeter to provide exceptional customer service to guests entering their resorts. The role involves greeting guests, providing information, assisting with check-ins, and supporting sales representatives. This is a key position for the front-line staff member directly interacting with tour participants.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry systems)
  • Team-oriented with willingness to support sales staff
