Requirements

  • Diploma in hospitality management, tourism, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and dialogue skills
  • Client-focused attitude with a focus on detail and a willingness to go beyond expectations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and basic computer tools (MS Office)
