Job Description
Provide a warm and professional welcome to all clients upon arrival, while maintaining a welcoming and convivial environment, and ensure clients receive personalized services and experiences tailored to their expectations.
Requirements
Diploma in hospitality management, tourism, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel
Fluent in French and English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and dialogue skills
Client-focused attitude with a focus on detail and a willingness to go beyond expectations
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
Proficiency in hotel management systems and basic computer tools (MS Office)
