Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Guest Relations, Front Office, or managerial role in a luxury hotel and/or resort
  • Demonstrable expertise in Forbes Travel Guide service standards and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality
  • Hotel opening experience a plus
  • Dynamic and entrepreneurial leadership skills
