Job Description
The Guest Service Agent / Host is responsible for creating an experience for hotel guests by offering welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.

Requirements

  • Customer service and cash handling experience
  • Schedule flexibility for AM/PM/Overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 50 lbs)
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation (clean driving record)
