Job Description
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional guest service, register guests, and settle accounts. Primary responsibilities include making and modifying reservations, hotel operator and concierge duties, and providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.

Requirements

  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and community.
  • Ability to work days, evenings, or nights any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent customer service skills, written, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Computer literacy and financial management skills.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
