Role OverviewAs a Guest Service Agent, you will greet, register, and service guests in a friendly and courteous manner, following hotel and sustainability standards. Your focus is on providing excellent customer service, resolving guest complaints, and working towards increasing guest satisfaction. You will also perform bookkeeping activities, such as balancing accounts and conducting audits.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include immediately greeting guests, registering and assigning guests to hotel rooms, establishing methods of payment, making and confirming reservations, computing bills, collecting payments, and making change for guests. You will also respond to guest requests in a timely manner and receive and resolve guest complaints.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience, and knowledge of PMS systems. You will also need to be able to stand for extended periods, walk, push, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, and reach.
