Role OverviewGreet, register, and service guests in a friendly and courteous manner according to hotel/brand and sustainability standards. Perform various tasks such as making reservations, computing bills, and responding to guest requests. Assist in the breakfast area or with luggage when needed.
What You Will Do
Register and assign guests to hotel rooms, establish methods of payment, and verify credit. Make and confirm reservations, compute bills, and collect payments. Respond to guest requests and receive and resolve complaints.
