Role OverviewThe Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor is responsible for registration and check-out, PBX operations, mail and message service, and providing outstanding service to guests. This role requires acting as an advocate for the hotel, creating personal experiences, and developing relationships with guests. The agent will review arrivals, check in and out guests, answer phone calls, and complete various tasks by the end of each shift.

Responsibilities include reviewing arrivals, checking in and out guests, answering phone calls, completing tasks, conducting pre-assignment of hotel rooms, following key control policy, ensuring proper credit policies, submitting lost and found articles, and monitoring room availability.
