Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly hotel front desk agent to join us at Hyatt House San Ramon! This is a fast-paced position that will involve cash handling, answering telephones, providing local information to guests, etc. all in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.

What You Will Do

Checking in and checking out of all hotel guests in a timely, welcoming fashion, managing room bookings, and connecting with other departments in the hotel.
