Job Description
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at Colton House Hotel in Austin, TX. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and resolving guest issues with professionalism and sound judgment.

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience
  • Previous experience in computerized Point of Sale systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Prior experience with a property management system (PMS)
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
