Job Description
The Guest Service Attendant is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service to members and guests, managing the cart fleet, and maintaining the driving range and bag room areas.
Requirements
Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot
Provide sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning
Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs
Service customers who are renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return
Clean golfers' clubs upon completion of play
