Job Description
The Guest Service Attendant creates a positive experience by assisting guests and members with outside services, including maintaining the clubhouse, setting up golf tournaments, and providing customer service.
Requirements
Assist with upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot
Setup and execute golf tournaments and outings
Provide sincere and courteous service to guests
Maintain the cart staging area, cart storage area, and cart wash down area
Prepare golf carts for play
Assist players with changing golf spikes
Perform range maintenance
Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs
Service customers who rent golf clubs
Assist with food and beverage activities
Clean golfers' clubs upon completion of play
