The Guest Service Attendant (Bell Attendant) is part of the Front Office and Valet Team, ensuring guests are escorted and their luggage is transported efficiently. What You Will Do
Escort guests and transport luggage to and from guest rooms. Ensure guests are comfortable with accommodations and familiar with room features. Assist in ensuring efficient check-in and checkout experiences. Provide hotel and local recommendations.
