The Guest Services Center Agent is an essential member of the hotel team, handling guest related calls, taking reservations, and dispatching requests to hotel departments. The role requires excellent communication skills and experience with various software systems.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to provide a minimum of two overnight work shifts weekly
  • Experience with HotSOS, OPERA, Book4Time, OpenTable, RESERVE, MICROS, and Microsoft Office preferred
