Role OverviewThe Guest Service Lead will assist the Guest Service Department Manager in making everyday eating extraordinary for guests. The role involves leading the team with care and purpose, ensuring every guest feels welcome and every department looks its best. The Guest Service Lead will work side by side with the team and manager, teaching and coaching them to grow while celebrating their successes.
What You Will Do
The Guest Service Lead will help monitor labor schedules, execute cash office procedures, act as a resource for team members, model and coach 'Impeccable Hospitality', implement merchandising strategies, assist in analyzing department financial and performance metrics, collaborate with fellow department leaders, and assist in resolving guest concerns.

Requirements
- 1+ years of progressive management experience in supermarkets, retail, restaurants, hotels, or general business
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Proven ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience while achieving performance goals
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be 21 years of age or older
