Job Description
The Guest Service Representative I will serve as the first point of contact with guests at a Navy Gateway Inn and Suites and or Navy Lodge property, handling all stages of guest stay and resolving issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • 1 year of general office clerical experience
  • 1 year of progressively responsible experience related to the position
  • Possession of a welcoming manner and positive attitude
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays as scheduled
