Job Description
Role Overview

Serves as first point of contact with guests at a Navy Gateway Inn and Suites and/or Navy Lodge property, handling all stages of guests' stay, accommodating special requests, and resolving issues.

What You Will Do

Assists guests with requests, greets and welcomes guests, completes mandatory training, communicates with lodging associates, and reconciles shift transactions.

Requirements

  • One year of general office clerical experience
  • One year of progressively responsible experience related to the position
  • Study completed in a college university or junior college above the high school level
