Job Description
The Wayfarer SLO, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is looking for a Guest Service Representative to join the team. The Guest Service Representative will provide personalized service to hotel guests, answer inquiries, and assist with guest departures.

Requirements

  • Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
  • Regularly calculate and/or post monies, receipts, guest accounts and other forms of credit
  • Courteously answer inquiries and accept reservations
  • Maintain good guest relations
  • Operate the PBX equipment
  • Control cash and credit transactions
  • Process all guest mail, messages and faxes
  • Contribute to and maintain established information and communication sources
  • Provide assistance to other team members and departments
