Role OverviewAs the Guest Service Specialist, you will be the store's front-end point person for hospitality, guest flow, and cash operations. You will lead by example by maintaining efficiency, merchandising front-end displays, and ensuring consistent execution of cash office controls and audits.

Your responsibilities will include being a visible example of hospitality, managing frontend guest flow and efficiency, executing and upholding cash office procedures, and directing the guest service team.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace
- Must be at least 18 years of age
