Role OverviewAs a Guest Service Specialist, you will be part of an extraordinary team that delivers exceptional customer service and makes a difference every day. You will work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and be responsible for greeting customers, selling products, and ensuring each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include selling products and the Unlimited Wash Club membership program, anticipating and solving customer needs, and collaborating with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals.
