Guest Service Team Member

As a Guest Service Team Member at Big Al's, you will play a pivotal role in providing a first-class experience to our guests. You will be responsible for greeting guests, helping with bowling gear and arcade games, handling transactions, and promoting cool deals and upselling awesome experiences. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a team that values your ideas and lets you be part of a close-knit team.

Requirements

• Previous experience with a POS system (Toast, Brunswick, or Embed is a plus)
• Friendly, confident, and great face-to-face communication skills
• First-class level of guest service skills
• Ability to handle sales transactions like a pro and know how to upsell fun
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers Certification
• Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
