As a Guest Services Host, you'll control the seating of guests in the dining room to assure quality service, guest satisfaction, and maximize sales opportunities.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reporting to work on time, maintaining a clean and positive environment, and providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. You'll answer guests' questions, handle requests and complaints, and communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion.
