Requirements

  • Maintain a pleasant and friendly attitude towards customers
  • Promptly cash customers out and answer customer questions
  • Accurately count and record assigned funds
  • Keep cash drawer balanced and make exchanges with the vault
  • Verify and document personal identification information
  • Complete required documentation and track reports
  • Issue player's cards and update accounts
  • Assure guests have a favorable gaming experience
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
  • Have knowledge of casino events and promotional activities
  • Handle customer complaints and incidents
  • Assist in maintaining a spotless casino
  • Perform other duties as assigned
