Job Description
Space Center Houston is seeking temporary Guest Services Representatives to join our team for the Summer of 2026. We inspire guests of all ages to connect with the significance of space exploration as incredible feats of human spaceflight continue to bring joy and wonder to the world.
Requirements
Proactively communicate and engage with Space Center Houston guests to enhance the guest experience
Manage the information desk, answer phone calls and assist guests' inquires
Accurately process cash and/or credit transactions at various locations
Address guest concerns and transfer unresolved concerns to the appropriate supervisor or department
Secure guests at various simulators, monitor and operate the equipment in a safe manner
Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work location
Know and execute all emergency and evacuation procedures
