Requirements

  • Work with Guest Services Manager to train and monitor front office staff
  • Monitor Guest Service Scores daily and take action to improve guest satisfaction
  • Communicate with Engineering and Housekeeping Departments
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
  • Perform any other duties as requested by supervisor
