Role Overview

As a Guest Services Teammate, you will help create an inclusive and memorable experience for all guests that enter Lumen Field and the Event Center. The Guest Services team consists of positive individuals that are passionate about helping others in a high-energy environment.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities can vary by event and include greeting, ushering, ticket scanning and customer service.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
  • Must have continual reliable access to email and a computer/ smart phone to update availability, check schedules and read event information
  • Must be able to pass a background check
