Job Description
As a Guest Services Tour Guide at Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa, you will be the first point of connection for our guests, guiding them with grace and intention from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Requirements

  • Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and authenticity, guiding them to check-in and setting the tone for their stay.
  • Provide walking and golf cart tours of our serene property, sharing the story of Miraval and highlighting spaces for reflection, renewal, and discovery.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring comfort and clarity as they settle into their experience.
  • Build meaningful relationships with guests, anticipating and responding to their needs with empathy and attentiveness.
  • Communicate clearly with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled seamlessly.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our Spa offerings, Programming Experiences, and daily activities to guide guests with confidence.
  • Notify your supervisor promptly of any guest concerns, ensuring every experience is met with care and resolution.
  • Assist fellow colleagues, embrace teamwork, and remain open to other duties as assigned.
