Job Description
At Miraval Arizona, we believe in creating transformative experiences that nurture the mind, body, and spirit. As a Guest Services Tour Guide, you will be the first point of connection for our guests, guiding them with grace and intention from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Requirements

  • Welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and authenticity
  • Provide walking and golf cart tours of the property, sharing the story of Miraval and highlighting spaces for reflection, renewal, and discovery
  • Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring comfort and clarity as they settle into their experience
  • Build meaningful relationships with guests, anticipating and responding to their needs with empathy and attentiveness
  • Communicate clearly with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled seamlessly
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Spa offerings, Programming Experiences, and daily activities
  • Notify supervisor promptly of any guest concerns, ensuring every experience is met with care and resolution
  • Assist fellow colleagues, embrace teamwork, and remain open to other duties as assigned
