Role OverviewAs a Guest Services Tour Guide, you will be the first point of connection for our guests, guiding them with grace and intention from the moment they arrive until their departure. You are not just a guide—you are a storyteller, a listener, and a trusted companion on their journey to wellbeing.
What You Will Do
Welcome guests upon arrival, provide walking and golf cart tours of the property, escort guests to their rooms, build meaningful relationships with guests, communicate with other departments, and maintain a working knowledge of spa offerings and daily activities.

Requirements
- Prior customer service experience, especially in hospitality or wellness settings
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to operate a golf cart safely and responsibly
