Requirements

  • Greet Guests and initiate friendly interaction
  • Effectively use empowerment to ensure Dollywood's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy is implemented
  • Reacts calmly and quickly in stressful/emergency situations
  • Perform daily written reports and turn in any necessary paperwork
  • Maintain a sense of urgency toward area of operation to reduce Guest wait time
  • Assists with other areas in parking as needed/requested by Management
  • Complies with safety and security directives, policies and procedures
  • Maintains confidentiality at all times
  • Follows all safety standards to include reporting any violation of standards
