Guest Transit Host- Dollywood Theme Park - Full Time Seasonal

Requirements

• Greet Guests and initiate friendly interaction
• Provide Guest excellence, which exceeds expectations
• Effectively use empowerment to ensure Dollywood’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy is implemented
• Reacts calmly and quickly in stressful/emergency situations
• Visually observe trailing cars on multi-unit conveyances for potential safety hazards
• Visually observe Guest actions during operation to prevent safety hazards
• Communicate calmly, clearly and professionally with Tram Conductor/Lot Attendants
• Communicate safety rules and scripted festival/general park information in a manner consistent with the values and mission of The Dollywood Company
• Maintain a sense of urgency toward area of operation to reduce Guest wait time
• Use time productively to include sweeping, clearing cobwebs, straightening cones, and other similar items
• Assist with other areas in parking as needed/requested by Management
• Wears and maintains a themed costume issued by Dollywood
• Performs special projects as directed by Management
• Attends all required Training Classes and Meetings
• Complies with safety and security directives, policies and procedures to ensure Hosts/Guests safety at all times
• Maintains confidentiality at all times
• Follows all safety standards to include reporting any violation of standards
• Assists with operating a tram and performing crowd control duties
