Job Description
The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction is seeking a Guidance Counselor 1 to assess the educational and/or vocational status of inmates or residents for appropriate placement in educational programs and to provide individual and group counseling. The Guidance Counselor will work collaboratively with stakeholders on reentry and outside education/employment opportunities for students.

Requirements

  • Valid Pupil Personnel Services certificate as a school counselor issued by Ohio Department of Education
  • Master's degree and 30 hours of post-graduate study for Guidance Counselor 2
