Job Description
The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction is seeking a Guidance Counselor to work in a correctional environment. The counselor will assess the educational and vocational status of inmates, provide individual and group counseling, and develop career plans with students.

Requirements

  • Valid Pupil Personnel Services certificate as a school counselor issued by Ohio Department of Education
  • Master's degree for Guidance Counselor positions
  • 30 hours of post-graduate study for Guidance Counselor 2 positions
