Role OverviewThe Guidewire Developer - Claim Center independently plans, develops, tests, debugs, and delivers small, well-defined ClaimCenter configuration and integration changes within established Guidewire architecture, security, and development standards.
What You Will Do
Deliver small, well-defined Guidewire Claim Center Configuration and/or Integration development within a larger development work stream, estimate assigned work, track progress, and deliver small user stories to plan.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of Property & Casualty insurance domain, familiarity with Guidewire APIs, Integration views, and Product Models, and experience with tools like Jira, Git, Bitbucket, and DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years in IT field
- Minimum 1 year within Guidewire Claims Center in Integration / Configuration Development roles
- Basic understanding of Property & Casualty insurance domain
- Familiarity with Guidewire APIs, Integration views, and Product Models
- Minimum 1 years of experience with tools like Jira, Git, Bitbucket
- Basic knowledge of Guidewire integration concepts: Restful, Batch Processing, Message Queues, and Event Processing
- Guidewire Claims Center Certification is a plus
