Role OverviewLead the design, development, and delivery of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions. Work closely with business, architecture, QA, product owners, and offshore teams to deliver scalable, high-quality applications.

Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter development and technical design activities, review requirements, provide effort estimates, and define implementation approaches.

Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, Gosu, PCF, Data Model, and Integrations
- Experience with GUnit, Gosu scripting, Guidewire Profiler, and performance tuning
- Expertise in code review, branch/merge management, and release support
- Exposure to Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI-assisted development
- Ability to identify and implement AI/GenAI use cases to improve productivity, testing, and delivery
