Job Description
Connex Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to provide outstanding service to members and identify solutions to improve their financial well-being. The role requires general coaching of branch personnel on advocacy, sales, and service techniques, as well as filling in for the Branch Manager during absence.

Requirements

  • Leadership and Coaching personnel
  • Develops sales & service leadership skills
  • Assists Branch Manager in quality hiring
  • Provides regular additional training and coaching for New Account Representatives
  • Comfortable performing overrides and making exceptions
  • Coordinates workflow and productivity
  • Drives branch reporting
  • Works with Branch Manager to meet/exceed individual and branch goals
  • Mentors New Account Representatives on the advocacy process
  • Resolves member problems/responds to inquiries
  • Ensures marketing utilization and accuracy
  • Maintains adequate Member Service Staff
  • Maintains knowledge of competitors' rates and trends
