Role OverviewScheels is seeking a Gun Customer Service associate to create a welcoming environment by greeting customers and accurately processing transactions while following all ATF federal laws and guidelines. This role provides friendly, helpful service that ensures customers leave with a positive impression of Scheels. All associates must be at least 21 years of age due to compliance requirements for processing firearms.
What You Will Do
Greet all customers with a smile, enhance the customer experience through personalized service, and accurately scan every item customers are purchasing. Process returns and exchanges for firearm purchases, complete firearm background checks, and assist with Gun Room housekeeping. Ensure all ATF federal laws and guidelines are followed and execute technology-based processes for firearm and/or suppressor transactions.
