Gym Floor Associate

As a Gym Floor Associate, you will be the face of the gym, greeting members with enthusiasm and a smile, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for executing opening/closing operational procedures, handling member requests, and maintaining a spotless club. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to work hard and multitask.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include greeting members, touring potential members around the club, signing up members for startup sessions, answering phone calls, and executing operational procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized club, handling member requests, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and personable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally
• Able to remain in a stationary position at the front desk for the majority of the workday
• World class customer service skills
• Works hard, multi-tasks and is a problem solver
