Role OverviewResponsible for implementation of daily activities of individuals in his/her charge on and off the dayhab site. Assists and supports participants in developing and maintaining their independent functioning.

Implement habilitation plans, assist with personal hygiene, transport participants, and ensure safety during community activities.

Must have good oral and written communication skills, valid NYS driver's license, and one year of experience working with the developmentally disabled population.
