Job Description
Designs, develops, implements, and analyzes facility HACCP Food Safety strategy and programs. Supervises hourly technicians and directs complex lab personnel. Leads internal, 3rd party, customer, and regulatory auditing, including sanitation, traceability, and monitoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Life Science Field (Biology, Microbiology, Pathology, Food Science) and/or 2+ years Regulatory, Auditing, Food Processing Experience in QA, HAACP, Quality Assurance
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Basic HACCP Certification, IDV HACCP Training, Process Control training a plus
  • Strong communication, persuasive, and influential skills
