Collects data daily on hand hygiene practices direct observation, submits hand hygiene observations using the Purell SMARTLINK Observation App, and creates their schedule for observation.

Requirements
- Previous experience with direct observation for hand hygiene compliance
- High School Graduate
- Completion of Hand Hygiene Auditor Training within first week of assignment to the role
