Role OverviewAmeritech Facility Services is seeking a full-time and experienced jack-of-all-trades technician/handyman willing to travel and assist clients with building repairs. Most locations are retail and restaurant customers who need help solving construction-related issues.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair minor plumbing connections, electrical connections, roofing repairs, concrete repairs, stucco repairs, fencing, asphalt repairs, carpet repairs, and tile repairs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in carpentry, a basic understanding of electrical, flooring, and plumbing, and the ability to pass a background check.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience
- ability to travel regionally (50-75%)
- clean driving record and personal transportation
- must have a truck
