The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate transactions and general civil practice, with strong legal writing and client-service skills. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, handling real estate transactions, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in Virginia (North Carolina license is a plus)
1–3 years of experience in real estate, litigation, or general practice preferred
Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and client service
