Job Description
Hang poultry on a moving overhead conveyor line for additional processing and perform other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.

Requirements

  • Hangs birds for processing at established line speed
  • Removes under-grade product from the line and puts it in a designated location
  • Participates as a member of the Team
  • Attends appropriate team meetings
  • Fosters strong cohesiveness regarding all major issues
  • Accepts responsibility to quickly identify any areas that lack cohesiveness
  • Is familiar with Simmons’ established operating systems
