Job Description
The Mgr, Ops Risk Analytics plays a pivotal role in safeguarding company assets and profitability by reducing exposure to risks such as theft, food cost management/waste and labor management.

Requirements

  • Approximately six (6) years' experience collectively between Field Operations and Loss Prevention; multi-unit restaurant experience within a Franchise and Company restaurant environment preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both internally and externally
  • Ability to identify viable operational process improvements with metrics and risk analysis, implementing changes in systems and procedures
  • Strong Leadership skills; experience with skills development and coaching
  • Strong work ethic; commitment to seeing duties completed at a high standard of quality
  • Experience with Crunchtime, Par Brink, Olo, Tableau a plus
